How does token pricing work?
Tokens are used to generate stories. The cost scales with story length: 50 tokens per 500 words. A 1,000-word story costs 100 tokens, a 2,500-word story costs 250 tokens, and so on. You control the length with the word count slider.
What are the bonus tokens on Silver and Gold?
Silver includes a 1.2x bonus — you get 12,000 tokens instead of the base 10,000 you'd expect for the price. Gold includes a 1.5x bonus — 25,000 tokens instead of ~16,600. The more you commit, the more value you get.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new plan's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor CCBill. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Is there a refund policy?

What happens when I run out of tokens?
When you run out of tokens, you can wait until your next billing cycle for a refresh, or upgrade your plan for more tokens. Free plan users can upgrade to continue generating stories.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No, unused tokens do not roll over to the next month. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your usage pattern.
